Pilling Properties is led by Greg Pilling with over three decades of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments.

In addition to developing properties, we advise landowners, agents, and investors on how to unlock the full potential of what they already own, whether that means rezoning, subdividing, repositioning, or identifying the right development path. Where the opportunity is right, we partner directly through joint ventures and co-development structures.

Our approach is creative on concept and rigorous on numbers. Every project we take on, be it our own or alongside a partner, is grounded in detailed financial modelling, disciplined project control, and a clear-eyed view of what the market will support.

Our origins date back to the late 1970’s in Johannesburg’s industrial property sector. Since then, Pilling Properties has delivered residential estates, sectional title developments, and full greenfield projects including a mixed-use waterfront marina development.

We have recently relocated our offerings to the beautiful Western Cape.
